Return Policy

We always aim to send the best size for your build, but sometimes a swap is needed.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Need an exchange? We’re happy to help! With a complimentary remote fitting consultation, we'll guide you on sizing. If you provide us with the requested measurements and images, we’ll cover the shipping both ways on your first exchange!

  • Additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

  • Store credit will be issued for all eligible returns.
  • Refunds, if requested instead of store credit, will incur a 7% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Complimentary shipping will be rescinded if the total value of items kept falls below the free shipping threshold.
  • Unauthorized or overdue returns may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Important Notes

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special orders must be prepaid and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for discounts or shipping credits.
  • If your order included a gift with purchase, that item must be returned or the retail value will be deducted from your refund or credit.
